Oktoberfest at the WV Power Park.
Locally brewed beers, music, food.... pure entertainment
These guys played during the band's breaks and I think they had more people dancing than the band did! 
This guy was having the time of his life, but since I don't know him I couldn't bring myself to show his face- I love the hat!
And of course, a brat
